The Georgian National Archery Federation congratulates Iamze Talakhadze on the successful completion of the international training program in Lausanne, Switzerland
October 16, 2026
The Georgian National Archery Federation congratulates our coach, Iamze Talakhadze, on the successful completion of the international coaching program — Coach Accelerator Entry-Level (L1) / Olympic Solidarity — in Lausanne, Switzerland, and on earning her official certificate!
As a reminder, a few days ago, coach Beka Gugeshashvili also completed the World Archery Level 1 Coaching Course in Lausanne with top marks. Thus, both Georgian specialists brilliantly represented Georgian archery on the international stage.
The educational programs covered in-depth studies of modern coaching methodology, sports biomechanics, and international standards for training young athletes.
Elevating the qualifications of national coaching staff and ensuring systematic training directly align with the 7-Year Strategic Development Plan (2025–2032) of the Georgian National Archery Federation, which was approved on March 1 of this year. This international visit was prepared during the summer of this year, following the working visit of the Federation's leadership to Lausanne and agreements reached with the leadership of World Archery.
The Georgian National Archery Federation expresses its special gratitude to the Development and Education Department of World Archery and its leadership — for creating opportunities for the professional growth of Georgian specialists and athletes, as well as for their constant support and close partnership.
The National Archery Federation wishes great success and fruitful professional activity to Iamze Talakhadze and Beka Gugeshashvili. The knowledge and international experience they have gained will make a significant contribution to nurturing new generations of Georgian archers and further advancing our sport.
